About the Rotational Analyst Program
Our two-year Rotational Analyst Program begins in July 2027. It offers recent college graduates the opportunity to complete four (4) six-month rotations across different teams and functions, including our portfolio of Vants. The aim of this program is to attract and develop future leaders across the Roivant family by accelerating the development of talent. From day one, analysts will own projects and have opportunities to make a meaningful impact. Now in its seventh year, Rotational Analysts have taken on demanding projects across a wide range of functions at Roivant and the Vants.
Sample Projects Include:
  • Investments: Evaluating in-licensing opportunities to expand Roivant's portfolio of life changing medicines
  • Research and Development: Performing literature reviews to identify indication expansion opportunities in support of Vants
  • Vants: Developing strategies to accelerate clinical trial recruitment
  • Strategic Finance: Creating an investor deck, in partnership with key executives, for a Phase 3 clinical trial readout

Each year, graduates of our Rotational Analyst Program pursue exciting opportunities as full-time employees at Roivant or our Vants. Beyond the Roivant portfolio, RAs have gone on to pursue higher education at top universities.

Qualifications
  • Enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate university in the United States with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027, as this program begins July 2027.
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in the life sciences, business, economics, or a related quantitative field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Economics, Finance, Data Science, Public Health), with demonstrated interest or experience in healthcare, biotech, or the life sciences.

Requirements:
  • Track record of academic excellence; GPA of 3.5 or higher.
  • Willingness to relocate to New York, NY.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship including STEM-OPT.

The expected base salary for the role is $100,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
Base salary if hired is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include other components such as discretionary bonuses, equity, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and Roivant reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance and business and market conditions.
