Job Summary
KeyBank's Enterprise Analyst Program is a multi-week training program that facilitates the transition from college to a full-time career at Key. The program provides opportunities to learn about Key's business and strategic pillars, learn about Key's industry-leading employee benefits, engage in exciting networking events with Analysts across various teams, hear from members of the Executive Leadership Team, and receive relevant training ahead of starting in a full-time role. At the conclusion of the multi-week training program, Analysts will enter their Line of Business and begin working with their respective teams within a rotational program within a specific segment or full-time role. Continued development beyond the program is provided through mentorship opportunities with teammates across various levels of the organization that will provide an environment for shared learning and advice, encourage professional development, and assist in the development of career aspirations and goals.
Essential Functions
  • Prepare and analyze reports.
  • Create and deliver in-person presentations with internal clients, stakeholders and leadership.
  • Gather, interpret and analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Create actionable recommendations supported by data, which influence decision making throughout the organization.
  • Assemble business reviews and stakeholder presentations.
  • Work on ad hoc projects.
  • Support client onboarding and servicing, product development and management, risk, and strategy.
  • Solve complex problems through strategic thinking.
  • Support the design, delivery, and oversight of commercial and payment solutions.
  • Build a career at the intersection of financial services, technology, and operational excellence.
  • Performs other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities and/or activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice
  • Complies with all KeyBank policies and procedures, including without limitation, acting professionally at all times, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of Key's clients and Key.

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree with focused coursework in a related field: Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Sciences, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics, or equivalent experience (required)

Work Experience
  • Outstanding academic achievement (minimum 3.3 GPA) (required)
  • Relevant work or internship experience (preferred)
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork from past work experience, school and/or extracurricular activities (required)
  • Experience with Microsoft® Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint (required)
  • Eligibility to work permanently in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future (required)

  • Ability to problem-solve, ask questions and proactively provide solutions.

Physical Demands
  • General Office - Prolonged sitting, ability to communicate face to face in person or on the phone with teammates and clients, frequent use of PC/laptop, occasional lifting/pushing/pulling of backpacks, computer bags up to 10 lbs.

Travel
  • Occasional travel to include overnight stay.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is compensated at a fixed rate of $75,000 annually and is eligible to receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
