Service Areas Needed:
We are seeking a part-time OT to serve the Ross County area


Position Summary:
The Occupational Therapist (OT) evaluates and treats patients to improve their ability to perform daily living and work activities. Youโ€™ll design and implement individualized therapy plans to help patients regain independence in their home environment while coordinating care with the broader rehabilitation team.


Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Provide effective patient care using approved therapy techniques and procedures
โ€ข Evaluate patientsโ€™ condition, function level, and treatment goals
โ€ข Develop individualized treatment plans and update as needed
โ€ข Supervise COTAs and HHAs per care plan requirements
โ€ข Document treatment notes and progress in the patientโ€™s chart daily
โ€ข Assist patients and families with home exercise programs and adaptive equipment needs
โ€ข Recommend and evaluate adaptive equipment for the home setting
โ€ข Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies
โ€ข Coordinate total patient care with the healthcare team
โ€ข Complete discharge summaries and obtain orders when needed
โ€ข Submit patient documentation and visit records in a timely manner

Qualifications:
โ€ข Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in OH
โ€ข Minimum of 1 year of OT experience preferred
โ€ข Experience with OASIS and WellSky (Kinnser) strongly preferred
โ€ข Current TB test (within last 12 months) and CPR certification
โ€ข Valid driverโ€™s license and reliable transportation
โ€ข Ability to attend a 2โ€“3 day orientation at our Dublin office
