POSITION TITLE: Insurance Sales Agent, Blackstone, VA

STATUS: Exempt

LOCATION: Nottoway County office (with Travel to meet with existing and new clients)

REPORTS TO: Agency Manager

COMPENSATION RANGE:

Average First-Year Total Compensation: $52,000 – $125,000 annually (inclusive of base salary)

Base Salary: $37,000 – $52,000 annually (dependent upon location and established book of business)

Virginia Farm Bureau desires to hire an Insurance Sales Agent to join our team in the ­­­Nottoway County Farm Bureau Office located in Blackstone, VA. This position will be full time on-site at our Nottoway office. No relocation offered.

If you are a driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual, this position is for you! Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills for building strong relationships and a desire to help and serve their community members and organizations.
