  • Prospect, engage, and build relationships with decision-makers at mid-sized, multi-unit franchise restaurant organizations
  • Manage the entire sales process including outbound prospecting, discovery calls, product demonstrations, solution presentations, negotiations, and closing
  • Conduct discovery and demos with a range of stakeholders including restaurant managers, area managers, and operations leadership (e.g., VPs of Operations)
  • Effectively articulate and position Rosnet’s value proposition and competitive advantages against alternative or incumbent solutions
  • Build, maintain, and advance a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through consistent outbound efforts and timely follow-up
  • Accurately track opportunities, manage pipeline stages, and maintain forecasts within HubSpot CRM
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and product teams to provide market feedback, refine messaging, and share competitive insights
  • Represent Rosnet at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities as needed

Qualifications:

  • 3–7 years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in a mid-market, competitive sales environment
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience carrying an individual sales quota and consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Proven ability to close deals where prospects are already using an incumbent or competitive solution
  • Experience working in smaller or less-established organizations where flexibility and ownership are required
  • Ability to prospect independently without dedicated SDR support
  • Experience delivering product demonstrations and sales presentations without a sales engineer
  • Strong storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the restaurant industry and an understanding of restaurant operations and challenges
  • Prior experience selling into multi-unit restaurant or franchise organizations

Key Competencies

  • Hunter mentality with strong self-motivation and persistence
  • Results-driven with a high level of personal accountability
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
