Job description

The SQ Warranty Analyst is responsible for supporting warranty performance analysis and driving corrective actions aligned with the organization’s Time to Fix (TTF) GIMS initiative. This role focuses on identifying high-impact warranty issues, enabling rapid root cause investigation, and supporting cross-functional teams to reduce 3MIS and improve overall supplier quality performance.


Analyze warranty data trends to identify top contributors to 3MIS and prioritize GIMS cases for TTF focus

Support execution and tracking of the Time to Fix (TTF) GIMS initiative, ensuring timely issue resolution

Develop dashboards and reports to monitor warranty performance, TTF metrics, and supplier accountability

Collaborate with SQEs, engineering, and suppliers to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions

Perform deep-dive data analysis to support escalation of critical issues and leadership reporting

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems (GIMS, warranty databases, etc.)

Provide regular updates to leadership on progress against TTF targets and key risk areas


The Supplier Quality Warranty Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing warranty performance data to identify high-impact supplier quality issues, drive root cause prioritization, and support Time to Fix (TTF) improvement initiatives. This role plays a critical part in reducing 3MIS/kPPM by translating complex warranty data into actionable insights that enable supplier escalation, GIMS closure, and cross-functional alignment.
