Job Title

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L2 application support across assigned systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and availability.

Monitor and troubleshoot application health using tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, ELK, and Catchpoint.

Manage incidents and changes via ServiceNow, following established SRE principles.

Troubleshoot issues related to SQL queries, infrastructure, and job scheduling tools (e.g., ActiveBatch, Airflow, Helios).

Collaborate closely with business users, L1 support, and cross-functional teams.

Contribute to documentation including SOPs, runbooks, and DR procedures.

Apply foundational knowledge of networking concepts such as Firewall, DNS, and TCP/IP.

Work in hybrid environments across Windows VMs and Kubernetes clusters.

Technical Skills Required:

Strong SQL proficiency

Monitoring & logging tools: Splunk, ELK, Dynatrace, Catchpoint

ITSM tools: ServiceNow

Scheduling tools: Airflow, ActiveBatch, Helios

Networking fundamentals (Firewall, DNS, TCP/IP)
