  • Work Schedule: Full-Time (40 hrs/week), 8.5-hour workday between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Negotiable) with a ½ hour unpaid lunch break
  • Telecommuting: Hybrid – 50% remote allowed

Mandatory & Requested Qualifications
  • Enterprise Middleware Support: 60 months of experience administering and supporting enterprise middleware or application-server platforms in production environments.
  • JBoss / WebSphere Experience: 48 months of experience installing, configuring, maintaining, patching, upgrading, and troubleshooting Red Hat JBoss BAM/BPM or IBM WebSphere.
  • Workload Automation / Batch Scheduling: 36 months of experience administering enterprise workload automation or batch scheduling tools such as ActiveBatch.
  • Integrations & Incident Resolution: 36 months of experience supporting application integrations, interfaces, deployments, and production incident resolution across distributed systems.
  • Performance Testing: 36 months of experience conducting application or middleware performance testing and analysis using JMeter or a comparable tool.
  • Document Processing Applications: 24 months of experience supporting document-processing or specialized business applications such as PSPDF or OccuCoder.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: 24 months of experience creating operational runbooks, architecture or configuration documentation, and providing knowledge transfer to technical staff.
