Description of the role:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Village Caregiving - Bowling Green, you will provide comprehensive  care to patients in a home health setting. You will be responsible for assessing patient health, creating care plans, and maintaining accurate medical records. We are hiring IMMEDIATELY!!

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessments and create individualized care plans
  • Monitor and report patient progress and any changes in condition
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families

Requirements:

  • Valid RN license in the state of Kentucky
  • Previous experience in home health care preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
