To thrive as an Aspire RN (Registered Nurse), you need a solid nursing education, active RN licensure, and strong clinical assessment and care skills. Experience with electronic health records (EHR), medication administration systems, and standard hospital technologies is typically required. Compassion, teamwork, and effective communication are vital soft skills for patient-centered care.
