The Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for continuously consolidating, analyzing, and reporting insights to understand what is happening today in the portfolio, as well as insights for the PrEP and Treatment markets. The Manager will analyze product and market trends to identify opportunities and risks and support attainment of commercial priorities. The BI Manager will partner with multidisciplinary teams to analyze key issues in real time and translate outputs from analyses into actionable solutions across relevant product and market segments. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, capable of proactively identifying potential applications of analytics and proposing solutions, rather than always reacting to business requests. The individual will need to understand HIV market fundamentals, the competitive environment, and analytic techniques to discuss findings with business partners. The Manager will report to the Director, Business Intelligence.

  • Build structured approaches to test hypotheses, extract actionable insights from data, and develop recommendations to drive business performance
  • Act as steward of critical brand level insights and be the key conduit in relaying the brand narrative, including the ability to communicate complex information succinctly for consumption by leadership and educate cross functionally to matrix stakeholders
  • Responsible for promoting data-driven decision-making in our commercial organization by delivering clear data and analytic stories and ensuring the opportunities and risk are well understood
  • Triage brand and market questions and reconcile implications to support the execution of brand initiatives
  • Play a key role interacting with brand teams and senior leaders; lead with agility to effectively deploy team efforts
  • Provide insight to support continuous improvement of processes, analytical tools, and vendor management optimization
  • Have a seat at the table and support the evaluation of business initiatives and proposals.
