Job description

We are currently looking to hire a temporary Intelligence Analyst to join our team embedded with our client in Seattle, WA! This position requires working on-site from our client's headquarters in Seattle. 

*This is a full-time, temporary contracted position through the end of the calendar year (December 2026).

**This position requires team coverage with 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays. The schedule rotates from 4 days on & 3 days off, and then to 3 days on & 4 days off. This position is paid at an hourly rate of $35.88, and, as part of the schedule, provides overtime opportunities when working beyond 40 hours a week.
 

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

This position requires the Intelligence Analyst to provide continuous monitoring and assessment of global open-source information to support a large international technology company's risk management and security operations. Working in an intel operations center, the analyst will identify emerging threats, produce timely intelligence products, and maintain situational awareness for various internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will work with advanced collection technologies and analytical platforms while supporting critical operations. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to function effectively in a dynamic, collaborative environment across multiple time zones. The analyst will serve as a critical early warning component, helping prevent operational disruptions and supporting business continuity efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Monitor and Assess: Continuously review open-source information streams to detect potential threats and evaluate their impact on business operations, personnel, and global assets
  • Produce Intelligence: Create analytical products and alerts using established methodologies to inform decision-makers of emerging risks and developments
  • Support Crisis Operations: Provide real-time information coordination and analysis during emergencies and critical incidents
  • Maintain Travel Security Awareness: Monitor global conditions and threats affecting employee safety and executive movement
  • Coordinate with Stakeholders: Establish and maintain professional working relationships with internal partners and external agencies as required

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends (7:00 am - 7:00 pm)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Master's degree in a related field
  • 1-2 + years of related experience providing intelligence or risk analysis
  • The ability to effectively assess and evaluate sensitive situations, including:
    • Quickly and accurately identifying and responding to critical issues
    • Research, investigate, compile, and assess information
  • Demonstrate planning and organizational skills
  • Skilled in synthesizing facts, concepts, and principles
  • Experience with the intelligence cycle
  • Experience with leveraging technological resources for research and analysis
  • Experience with OSINT tradecraft
  • Must be able to legally work in the country where this position is located without visa sponsorship.
