We're seeking an experienced RF Engineer to join our team as an RF Engineering Manager. In this role, you'll drive the production of complex multi-function modules used in high-reliability applications, leading and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions. Our team is composed of industry-leading RF design experts, and we offer a unique work environment that combines cutting-edge design with hands-on electronics laboratory testing and product development. What You Will Be Doing
RF Engineering Managers are responsible for:
Functional management of the RF Engineering team, guiding staff selection, development, work assignments and performance.
Driving the production of complex multi-function modules in all phases of the product life cycle
Leading investigations to understand complex RF problems and providing innovative and ingenious solutions
Acting independently to uncover and resolve issues associated with the implementation of operational products
Mentoring less experienced engineers on our team and collaborating with other engineering disciplines, including hardware engineers, systems engineers, and circuit design engineers
Contributing to or authoring proposals and participating in business capture efforts.
Working with technical and manufacturing support personnel to ensure successful product development and production
