Positionย Summaryย ย 

The Revenueย Operations Managerย is responsible forย optimizingย revenue generation across sales, marketing, and customer success. This role owns the go-to-market (GTM) operating engineโ€”driving alignment, improving processes, managing systems, and delivering data-driven insights to accelerate predictable revenue growth.ย This role plays a keyย partย in ensuring data accuracy, tracking key metrics, and providing insights that improve revenue efficiency and alignment between teams.ย This is a highly cross-functional role that partners with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Leadership to improve performance, visibility, and scalability across the revenue funnel.ย 

Primary Duties and Responsibilitiesย 

Revenue Strategy & Planningย 

  • Partner with GTM leadership to define and operationalize revenue targets, KPIs, and forecasting modelsย 

  • Support annual planningย and goal settingย 

  • Develop scalable processes that support growthย across verticals and market segmentsย 

Sales & Pipeline Operationsย 

  • Own pipeline management processes, including pipeline/dataย hygieneย andย stage definitionsย 

  • Identifyย and address pipeline gaps, conversion bottlenecks, and deal velocity issuesย 

  • Establish and enforce deal qualification standards to support successful implementations, accelerate adoption, and promote ongoing success withย LCPtrackerย by helping align customer needs, product fit, and solution scope prior to saleย 

  • Evaluateย channel partnership attribution and partner performanceย 

Marketing & Lead Management Alignmentย 

  • Define and enforce lead lifecycle stages (MQL โ†’ SQL โ†’ Opportunity โ†’ Closed Won)ย 

  • Analyze campaign performance and attribution to improve ROI and pipeline contributionย 

  • Analyzeย and report on lead performance by vertical and market segmentย 

Customer Lifecycle & Expansionย 

  • Partner with Customer Success and Account Management toย optimizeย renewal and expansion processesย 

  • Track and improve metrics such as retention, churn, LTV, and expansion revenueย 

  • Implement lifecycle programs to increase product adoption and upsell opportunitiesย 

Systems & Data Managementย 

  • Ensure data integrity across systems, including account,ย lead/contact, and opportunity dataย 

  • Build dashboards and reporting to provide real-time visibility into funnel performanceย 

Analytics & Reportingย 

  • Deliver executive reporting on pipeline, bookings, ARR, CAC, and funnel conversion metricsย 

  • Identifyย trends andย provideย actionable insights to improve GTM efficiencyย 

  • Support board-level and investor reporting as neededย 

Process Optimization & Enablementย 

  • Design and document scalable SOPs for sales, marketing, and CS processesย 

  • Lead orย assistย with playbook creation to support GTM efficiency and growth across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Successย

This position performs its duties from theNew Braunfels, TX office. The roleย operatesย in a professional officeย environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, mobile devices, andย related technology.ย 

Physical Requirementsย 

While performing the functions of this job, the employeeย is regularly required toย sit;ย frequentlyย requiredย to talk and hear, use hands and fingers to type,ย scrollย and use computer equipment. The employeeย is required toย have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer and multiple screens; extensive reading; visual inspection of text/data in both print and electronic forms.ย ย 

Position Type and Expected Hours of Workย 

This is afull-time exemptposition. Days and hours worked are dependent on business needs and workload. General availability during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, is expected.ย Based on the candidateย and /or position, a hybrid work arrangement may be considered; however,a minimum of three (3) or more days per week in the office isย requiredto support executive collaboration, leadership presence, and cross-functional engagement. Some flexibility is allowed. Occasional evening and weekend work may beย requiredย as job duties demand.

Travelย 

There is no major travel requirement for this position. However, infrequent travel may be necessary to visit remote office(s), attend conferences/industry events, etc. Attendance at our corporate Staff Retreat isย required. This event is a 2-3-day retreat.ย ย Attendance at our annual User Conference as assigned.ย 

Salary Rangeย 

The salary range isย $90,000.00 - $115,000.00ย annually. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package forย thisย position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.ย

Education and Experienceย 

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)ย 

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related analytical roleย 

  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, LTC/CAC, churn, NRR,ย etc.)ย 

  • Salesforce experience as a business user (required), including reports and dashboardsย 

  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)ย 

  • Experience supporting CRM data integrity and reporting processesย
