Job description

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Lockbox Specialist opportunities in Dallas, TX. Responsibilities for a Lockbox Specialist include but are not limited to:
  • Operate high-speed scanning and imaging equipment to process customer and client documents received via U.S. mail, overnight mail, and courier services

  • Extract documents from envelopes, identify exception transactions, and ensure accurate document imaging and retention according to department guidelines

  • Perform Match and Compare, HealthLogic Match and Compare, and Special HealthLogic Match and Compare processes as required

  • Handle cash processing, credit card payments, foreign items, and routine machine maintenance in a high-volume production environment

Candidates for Lockbox Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Basic PC knowledge and strong attention to detail

  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods and perform repetitive production-based tasks

  • Ability to follow policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with HIPAA, PCI, and other regulatory requirements
