  • Strategic Financial Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, translating complex financial data, variances, and performance trends into actionable business insights and growth strategies.
  • Capital & Treasury Management: Direct cash flow, treasury, lockbox services, and banking relationships; manage short-term liquidity, working capital, and strategic investment of surplus funds.
  • Departmental Elevation: Supervise, mentor, and build a high-performing financial team (including Assistant Controller, Accounting Manager, Payroll Manager, and Senior Accountants), fostering a culture of accuracy, continuous improvement, and professional growth.

  • Active CPA Required: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance paired with an active CPA license.

  • Professional Services Background: Strong background in partnership accounting, professional services, or legal industry environments (experience with legal billing systems and client trust accounting is a major plus).
  • Technical & Financial Expertise: Deep mastery of GAAP, internal controls, tax compliance, payroll administration, audit coordination, and advanced enterprise ERP systems/Excel.
