Job description

Our client is building a new Revenue Operations function focused on transforming how Sales, Marketing, Service, and other revenue-driving teams operate across a growing multi-product business. As the RevOps Technical Lead, you’ll partner with senior leadership to design and optimize the systems, processes, integrations, and data models that power the company’s go-to-market strategy. This role will play a key part in implementing scalable technologies and operational frameworks that support both existing and new product lines. This is a direct-hire position located in Vancouver, WA with the ability to work 35 days per year remotely.

COMP: Up to $120K base + 20% bonus depending on candidate’s experience, etc.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Design and improve go-to-market processes across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and revenue-focused business teams
  • Evaluate how systems, workflows, automation, and data structures work together to drive efficiency and scalability
  • Build scalable operational foundations that support the company’s transition from a single-product model to a multi-product organization  
  • Lead implementation and optimization of the GTM tech stack, including CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, and enrichment tools
  • Partner with enterprise architects and business leaders to define integration strategies, object models, and governance standards
  • Conduct vendor evaluations, pilots & implementation planning for future-state platforms and tools  
  • Create system blueprints, lifecycle workflows, data dictionaries, process maps & object models
  • Build scalable multi-product data structures supporting company, household, and individual customer relationships
  • Manage external implementation partners & support internal enablement & training initiatives

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, CRM Architecture, or GTM Systems Leadership
  • Deep Salesforce and Outreach expertise, including advanced configuration and architecture
  • Experience building scalable multi-product object models and lifecycle workflows
  • Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, identity resolution, and GTM data flows
  • Proven ability to evaluate vendors, implement systems, and drive operational transformation
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders  
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder certification preferred
  • Experience with ZoomInfo, HubSpot, or similar GTM platforms preferred
