Responsibilities

The Returns Associate is responsible for the intake of returns from drivers and opens all boxes to ensure that returned items are correct and that the returned items are items sold by the company.

We only want dynamic, career-minded people who are willing to dedicate themselves to this job.

  • Open all boxes to ensure that returned items are correct and that the returned items are items sold by the company
  • Separate returns into "core", "defect" and "new"
  • Put account number stickers on cores and defects
  • Redistribute new merchandise to other stores
  • Enter each returned item into the computer system
  • Help inside returns team create negative purchase orders
  • Work with salesmen and managers if there are problems with customers returning items
  • Miscellaneous projects and perform other related duties as assigned

  • May be subject to environmental conditions. Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
