Job description

Duties and Responsibilities Open, review, organize and document customer returns. Check product to ensure completeness and in saleable condition. Report damaged returns to immediate supervisor.

Work in a safe and efficient manner. Display honesty and a high level of professionalism. Other duties as assigned by management.

Skills and Specifications Ability to sit or stand in one place for extended periods of time. Basic computer skills. Should possess basic reading, mathematical and analytical skill sets.

Good attention to detail. Ability and effectiveness to manage time to meet set targets and deadlines. Good written and oral communication skills for interacting and coordinating work within warehouse team members.

Knowledge of World Ship, Mach, Ship Rush. Cross-ware and US Government Client shipping programs helpful. Education and Qualifications Desire and ability to work as a team.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. A positive "can-do” attitude.
