Emergency Medicine Physician Opportunity Deaconess Hospital Evansville, Indiana
Hybrid Emergency & Urgent Care | Competitive Salary | $164K in Incentives

Deaconess Hospital, a nationally ranked health system, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine physician to join our dynamic and growing team at our Satellite Emergency Department in Evansville, Indiana.

Opportunity Highlights

  • Hybrid ER and Urgent Care Model
  • Approximately 22,000 annual visits
  • 12-hour physician shifts (7am7pm or 7pm7am)
  • Full-time = 12 shifts/month (1,728 hours/year)
  • Holiday coverage required
  • Robust hospital-employed physician group with full-time and supplemental physician support
  • EPIC EMR system for seamless documentation
  • Prior EM experience and/or EM fellowship training is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Average annual compensation of $525K ($333 per hour) with opportunities to earn up to $648K ($388 per hour)
  • Up to $164,000 in additional incentives, including:
  • $50,000 sign-on bonus
  • $75,000 student loan forgiveness
  • $24,000 educational assistance
  • $15,000 relocation allowance
