Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities:

ยท Answer incoming calls in a professional manner and determine purpose of call and transfer call

ยท Take and deliver messages

ยท Provide general administrative and clerical support including scanning, faxing and copying to management

ยท Maintain front desk procedures including contact information, directions and frequently asked questions

ยท Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
