Job description

Peabody Retirement Community is seeking a Receptionist to work every other weekend and 3 afternoons a week!

The Receptionist is responsible for representing the company in a positive manner while greeting visitors, answering telephones, and directing calls. Other duties include but are not limited to:

  • Providing clerical support to staff as needed
  • Managing resident fund account

Hours:

  • Every other weekend, 8am-5pm
  • 3 evening shifts a week, 6pm-8pm

Requirements:

  • Prior experience using Point Click Care preferred
  • Basic typing skills and computer knowledge: familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Publisher and creative software
  • Prior Business Office Assistant experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA compliance
  • Excellent communication, organization and time management skills
