Methodist Retirement Communities (MRC), with a mission to honor and serve older adults as an expression of Christ's love, does so with eight continuing-care retirement communities in Texas. Affiliated with MRC and located in Texarkana, Cornerstone Retirement Community, is a leader in continuing care retirement living offering independent living, assisted living, memory support, skilled nursing and rehabilitation, and home health.

Cornerstone is Texarkana's only 5 STAR Community and is proud to be officially certified in the Eden Alternative Registry, which honors those organizations deeply committed to transforming traditional models of care into person-directed approaches that put the individual first.

Cornerstone is currently seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist.

Hours: 4:00 pm-12:00 am Schedule: Monday-Friday

The Front Desk Receptionist:

  • Provides coverage at front desk in the community as a key contact for residents for a variety of requests.
  • Serves as the first point of contact for guests, greeting them and meeting their needs for information and direction.
  • Answers the main telephone number, greeting callers, routing calls and providing information.
  • Responsible for patrolling the buildings and grounds.
  • Provides light maintenance and environmental upkeep.
