Job description

Overview
The Manager, Data Integrity leads the governance, accuracy, and maintenance of merchandise attribution data across product systems and operational workflows. This role oversees a team responsible for item setup, attribute management, vendor size chart maintenance, and product data quality, ensuring timely and accurate information that supports merchandising, digital experiences, and business decision-making. Partnering closely with Buying, Assortment Planning, and Technology teams, this position plays a key role in maintaining data standards and improving operational processes across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team responsible for item creation, attribute maintenance, vendor size charts, and related product data workflows
  • Ensure timely and accurate style creation aligned to merchandise and purchase order timelines
  • Monitor team KPIs and operational workflows to maintain service levels and data quality standards
  • Manage vendor deadline calendars and coordinate workflows across merchandising and operational teams
  • Oversee product attribute maintenance, updates, corrections, and ongoing data governance activities
  • Partner with merchant teams to support product categorization and family code maintenance that improves customer experience and product discoverability
  • Maintain vendor sizing information to ensure accurate online customer-facing data
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for product master data systems, including requirements gathering, testing, validation, and release support for system enhancements
  • Maintain master data standards and govern business change requests in alignment with data policies and procedures
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate data quality issues while driving process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Manage hiring, training, coaching, and performance management for the Data Integrity team

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant retail, merchandising operations, product data, or data management experience
  • Experience supporting product data management, data governance, or data quality processes
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume data workflows accurately
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Process-oriented mindset with experience documenting workflows and improving operational processes

Preferred

  • Experience supporting merchandise, product master, or retail data systems
  • Experience working cross-functionally with merchandising, planning, or technology teams
  • Experience leading or mentoring teams in operational or data-focused environments
