The ID Watchdog Solution Engineer (SE) is responsible for supporting the Account Executive and is the primary technical architect of the consultative sales process. You are not just a product expert; you are a translator who turns complex technical jargon into compelling business value. Your mission is to bridge the gap between our robust identity protection capabilities and the specific Jobs-to-be-Done for users, partners, and employers. You will own the technical relationship, designing user journeys that navigate constraints while always striving for a yes through creative solutioning.
What you'll do:
Educate the identified prospects on ID Fraud/ID Watchdog solution capabilities using sales presentation materials and personalized product demonstrations.
Assess identified client needs and recommend potential application of ID Fraud/ID Watchdog products, service configuration settings, workflow process, deployment methodology, and data import/ export processes to deliver product solutions that meet customer needs.
Educate prospects on industry norms and best practices.
Manage and maintain the integrity and relevance of demonstration environments, ensuring all product capabilities are showcased accurately.
Assist with responses to RFIs / RFPs / Security Questionnaires.
Research and present data showing potential customers the cost benefit of purchasing ID Fraud/ID Watchdog products and/ or services.
Develop client-customized Statements of Work (SOW) for inclusion with client agreements.
Develop detailed business requirements for customized features/functionality/integration requiring IT resources to be used in estimation and fulfillment.
Assist with product training for internal employees, primarily the sales organization. 
Facilitate knowledge transfer of client's expectations, needs, and application requirements to Product Implementation, Product Management & Product Development teams.
Serve as a conduit between Sales, Product, Operations, Marketing, and other internal partners. Equip teams with voice of client and feature enhancement requests
Ability to travel;  approximately 25% travel.
Attend industry conferences to represent Equifax and gain industry best practices.
