We have Consultants instead of Budtenders because we are committed to connecting with each customer, understanding what they want to get from cannabis and making recommendations based on our knowledge and experience. Importantly, we are always looking for Retail Consultants with great cannabis knowledge to be leaders on our team!

Skills & Requirements
  • Age 21 or over
  • A sincere interest in learning about the science of cannabis and the industry
  • Professional and personable
  • Positive, can-do attitude, solution-based thinker, organized and results-driven
  • A genuine interest in helping people
  • Previous experience with retail/hospitality point of sale systems and cash handling
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Willing to work days and weekends with a flexible work schedule
  • Ability to lift bins of inventory, bend and stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be computer friendly: Microsoft Word/Excel experience a required
  • Strong communication skills
  • 1-2 years previous experience as a Consultant/Budtender in a busy cannabis dispensary or 1-2 years previous experience in hospitality or retail banking
  • May be required to occasionally provide coverage at the front door
  • Team player, willing to do everything to support your co-workers and customers
