Job description

Support the management of Club Store accounts by assisting with day-to-day account operations and maintaining customer relationships.

Assist as a point of contact for assigned Club Store customers, including supporting communication with headquarters and regional teams.

Support the execution of account plans to improve item distribution, shelf placement, and promotional activities.

Create and process sales orders, shipping orders, and related documentation accurately in the system.

Monitor Goods Issue (GI) and Goods Receipt (GR) processes and report any discrepancies or delays.

Coordinate with warehouses, logistics partners, and internal teams to support order fulfillment and resolve basic delivery or service issues.

Assist with customer invoicing, shipment tracking, and accounts receivable follow-up, including supporting the resolution of invoice deductions.

Support the planning and execution of promotions, seasonal programs, and in-store merchandising initiatives.

Prepare reports, sales data summaries, and presentation materials for internal meetings and customer reviews.

Track sales performance and assist in analyzing trends, forecasts, and market data.

Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to support account-related activities.

Gather and report basic competitive intelligence, pricing information, and customer feedback.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred

0?2 years of sales or account management experience, preferably within Club Stores, mass retail, or CPG

Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required

Experience working with Club Store customers strongly preferred

Ability to travel as required

Valid Driver’s License

Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
