Meridian Title is one of the nation's largest independent title agencies with over 80 years of experience in providing title insurance coverage, escrow closings, and real estate related services. We're looking for energetic and self-motivated individuals to join our team of title and escrow experts. We're currently looking for an Escrow Officer for our Goshen location.


Responsibilities and Duties Include:

  • Knowledge of and adherence to the title and escrow transaction processes.
  • Providing next-level customer service while developing strong relationships with internal and external clients
  • Managing all aspects of the closing process.
  • Expertly and expediently resolving any title issues that arise.
  • Exhibits excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with written and verbal communication
  • Self-motivated with a strong work-ethic.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 3-5 years of title closing experience, abstractor experience, title examiner or providing closing services preferred.
  • Knowledge of ResWare and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
  • Must have or be eligible to obtain title licensing from the state.
  • Must have or be eligible to obtain notary commission from the state.
