Meridian Title is one of the nation's largest independent title agencies with over 80 years of experience in providing title insurance coverage, escrow closings, and real estate related services. We're looking for energetic and self-motivated individuals to join our team of title and escrow experts. We're currently looking for an Escrow Officer for our St. Joseph, Michigan location. 


Responsibilities and Duties Include:

  • Knowledge of and adherence to the title and escrow transaction processes.
  • Providing next-level customer service while developing strong relationships with internal and external clients 
  • Managing all aspects of the closing process.
  • Expertly and expediently resolve any title issues that arise.
  • Possess great organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work-ethic.
  • Must have or be eligible to obtain title licensing from the state.
  • Must have or be eligible to obtain notary commission from the state.

Minimum Qualifications
