Job description

A fast-growing, technology-driven title and escrow company with a multi-state footprint, is seeking a versatile professional to join our team, combining responsibilities across Operational Support and Residential Escrow.
In this critical role, you will ensure smooth transactions by initiating new title orders, managing escrow funding and disbursements, and safeguarding funds with accurate, compliant practices.
You will oversee purchase and refinance transactions from opening to closing, delivering exceptional client service while ensuring precision at every stage.
Working within TitleEQ's centralized operations, you will support both residential and commercial teams across multiple states, collaborating with escrow officers, underwriters, agents, lenders, attorneys, and clients to deliver timely, precise closings. Key responsibilities include:

  • Initiating and managing new title orders.
  • Handling escrow funding and disbursements with accuracy and compliance.
  • Reviewing title commitments and clearing title issues.
  • Coordinating with agents, lenders, attorneys, and clients throughout the transaction.
  • Preparing, balancing, and finalizing settlement statements.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and underwriter guidelines.
  • Protecting against fraud through strong attention to detail and process integrity.
The ideal candidate:
  • 3+ years of title/escrow, closing, or financial services experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy and fraud prevention.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with closing platforms such as Qualia, ResWare, or SoftPro (preferred)
