Commercial Sales Account Manager
Location: Fort Myers
Classification: Exempt / Full-Time

Join a growing commercial construction team serving Florida businesses and properties.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Sales Account Manager to support our continued growth throughout Southwest Florida. This role is ideal for a highly driven โ€œroad warriorโ€ who enjoys being in the field, building long-term client relationships, and generating new business opportunities.

This position requires extensive local travel and face-to-face interaction with commercial property managers, general contractors, facility managers, HOAs, builders, and business owners. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain commercial client relationships

  • Generate new business through networking, prospecting, and field activity

  • Visit commercial properties, job sites, and customer locations daily

  • Prepare proposals, estimates, presentations, and service recommendations

  • Coordinate with operations teams to support successful project execution

  • Track leads, opportunities, and account activity within company systems

  • Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout project lifecycles

  • Meet or exceed established sales goals and revenue targets

  • Represent the company professionally at meetings, events, and networking opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Previous commercial outside sales or account management experience preferred

  • Construction, roofing, waterproofing, restoration, or related industry experience strongly preferred

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously

  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and follow-through

  • Comfortable working independently in the field

  • Valid driverโ€™s license with acceptable driving record required

  • Proficiency with email, mobile technology, and CRM systems
