At Paul Davis Restoration, we help homeowners and businesses recover after fire, water, storm, and other property losses. While buildings can be repaired, personal belongings often hold memories, stories, and irreplaceable value. That's where you come in.

We're looking for a Contents Account Manager who can build relationships, lead projects, and create exceptional customer experiences during some of the most challenging moments in our clients' lives.


This is not a traditional sales job.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys developing business relationships, managing projects, solving problems, and helping people. You'll work directly with insurance professionals, customers, and internal teams to guide contents restoration projects from initial assessment through final delivery.


What You'll DoBuild Relationships & Grow Business
  • Develop relationships with insurance adjusters, agents, property managers, and referral partners
  • Generate new business opportunities and increase contents restoration revenue
  • Represent Paul Davis at networking events, lunches, and community functions
  • Maintain and grow an active network of professional contacts
Manage Projects from Start to Finish
  • Assess contents losses and develop scopes of work
  • Prepare estimates and inventories
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure projects stay on schedule
  • Monitor job profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure documentation and program requirements are met
Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and insurance partners
  • Communicate proactively throughout the project lifecycle
  • Resolve challenges quickly and professionally
  • Help families and businesses navigate the restoration process with confidence
Lead and Support Teams
  • Coach and support Contents Project Supervisors and field teams
  • Promote accountability, quality, and operational excellence
  • Assist with onboarding and training initiatives
  • Foster a positive, customer-focused culture

What We're Looking ForRequired
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technology systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Preferred
  • Experience in account management, project management, business development, insurance, restoration, logistics, moving & storage, property management, or customer success
  • Experience leading teams or coordinating projects
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
