The Restaurant Line Cook plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality culinary experiences within a dynamic kitchen environment. Working closely with a medium-sized team, the Line Cook is responsible for food preparation, cooking, plating, and maintaining kitchen sanitation under the guidance of the Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, and Sous Chef. This position demands strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Plate dishes with attention to presentation and portion control
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and equipment
