A fast-growing hospitality and entertainment group is seeking a highly skilled, hands-on Controller to oversee financial operations across multiple business entities in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

Position Overview

The Controller will oversee accounting and financial operations across multiple related entities, ensuring accurate reporting, streamlined systems, and scalable financial processes.

This role requires a strong operator who can manage day-to-day accounting while helping create structure and efficiencies that support continued expansion.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee full-cycle accounting across multiple business entities
  • Manage bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end close
  • Oversee payroll processing and financial accuracy
  • Prepare financial reports and consolidated reporting for ownership
  • Maintain and optimize QuickBooks systems and workflows
  • Build and improve internal accounting processes and controls
  • Manage accounts payable, vendor payments, and cash flow tracking
  • Ensure financial accuracy across multi-location operations
  • Support growth initiatives by implementing scalable financial systems
  • Partner directly with leadership to improve reporting visibility and operational efficiency


Required Qualifications

  • Expert-level QuickBooks experience
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting/controller experience
  • Strong multi-entity accounting experience
  • Hospitality industry accounting/finance background required
  • Payroll and bookkeeping expertise
  • Experience improving financial systems and processes
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self-starter with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
