Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 annually
Performance Bonus: Up to $13,000 annually ($1,000 per accounting period)

What You'll Do Lead Your Team
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop exceptional team members.
  • Coach, mentor, and grow Assistant General Managers, Assistant Managers, Kitchen Managers, and Shift Leaders.
  • Create a culture built on accountability, respect, recognition, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct meaningful one-on-one conversations, performance evaluations, and career development planning.
  • Lead daily pre-shift meetings that inspire, inform, and align your team.
Deliver Outstanding Guest Experiences
  • Ensure every guest receives genuine hospitality and an exceptional dining experience.
  • Lead from the floor during peak business periods.
  • Monitor guest feedback through Google Reviews, Ovation, DoorDash, and other platforms while implementing improvements when needed.
  • Maintain Via 313's Gold Standard Hospitality on every shift.
Drive Business Performance
  • Own your restaurant's financial performance, including:
    • Sales
    • Labor
    • Food Cost
    • Inventory
    • Profit & Loss
  • Build schedules based on sales forecasts.
  • Identify opportunities to improve profitability without compromising the guest experience.
  • Support local marketing initiatives and community engagement.
Execute Operational Excellence
  • Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation standards.
  • Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and operational excellence throughout the restaurant.
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, vendor relationships, and equipment maintenance.
  • Lead by example while ensuring company standards are consistently met.
We're Looking For Someone Who...
  • Has 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume environment
  • Has experience leading large teams (50-100+ employees preferred)
  • Understands restaurant financials, labor management, and P&Ls
  • Builds trust through coaching rather than command and control
  • Is organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
  • Communicates effectively with hourly team members, peers, and senior leadership
  • Loves developing people and celebrating their success
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments
Required Qualifications
  • Food Manager Certification (Texas)
  • TABC Certification
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
