About the Role:

The HR Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining a productive and positive workplace environment within the organization. This position is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will lead initiatives to develop and implement policies that support organizational goals and foster employee engagement and retention. They will act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing insights and guidance on workforce planning and organizational development. Ultimately, the HR Manager ensures that the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent while maintaining a culture of fairness, respect, and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the United States.
  • Proven experience with recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
