Job description

HR Manager – Dalton, GA

Who: Strong, stable company with a commitment to employee support and development.
What: HR Manager role overseeing onboarding, benefits, recruiting, compliance, and the full employee lifecycle.
When: Immediate need with standard hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Where: In-office role based in Dalton, GA.
Why: Position created due to company growth and evolving HR leadership needs.
Office Environment: In-office environment reporting to the Controller and utilizing Paycor software.
Salary: $95,000–$105,000 annually with fully paid benefits.

Position Overview:
The HR Manager will lead HR operations and ensure the smooth functioning of all employee-related processes, including onboarding, benefits management, recruiting, and compliance. This position offers a leadership opportunity to make a lasting impact within a thriving organization.
