The HR Digital Enablement & Analytics Centre of Excellence supports the transformation of how we deliver services. The HR Analytics team, in collaboration with the BES Enterprise Analytics and HR Technology teams, is responsible for providing proactive, scalable, and actionable talent-related insights that enable better talent decisions and stronger business outcomes.

The HR Digital Enablement & Analytics Centre of Excellence is part of KPMG’s National HR structure and plays a strategic role in strengthening HR’s analytics, automation, data storytelling, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.


What you will do
  • Lead the execution of KPMG's HR Analytics strategy, translating workforce data into actionable insights that enable evidence-based decision making and measurable business outcomes.
  • Partner with HR leaders and business leaders as a trusted advisor, shaping key workforce questions, identifying opportunities, risks, and influencing strategic decisions through data and analytics.
  • Deliver compelling workforce insights and executive reporting, connecting HR KPIs, trends, and predictive analytics to business impact, ROI, and future workforce needs.
  • Oversee the development of HR dashboards, analytics solutions, and data visualizations, ensuring insights are relevant, accessible, and drive action across the organization.
  • Support advanced analytics and predictive modeling, helping leaders anticipate workforce trends, inform talent strategies, and improve organizational outcomes.
  • Support HR data governance and data management practices, ensuring the integrity, quality, privacy, and responsible use of workforce data across systems and reporting platforms.
  • Collaborate with HR Technology, Enterprise Analytics, ITS, and business stakeholders to strengthen data ecosystems, integrate new data sources, and scale analytics capabilities.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the HR Analytics operating model, including governance, prioritization, adoption, capability development, and continuous improvement.
  • Implement innovative, scalable solutions that improve efficiency, accelerate insight generation, and advance HR's analytics maturity.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing HR Analytics team, building capability in analytics, storytelling, stakeholder advisory, data governance, and continuous improvement.

What you bring to the role
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Intelligence, Information Management, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related analytics discipline, including experience partnering with senior stakeholders and leading analytics initiatives.
  • PowerBI and SQL tool proficiency preferred.
  • Proven ability to translate complex workforce data into clear, actionable insights that influence strategic business decisions.
  • Strong expertise in analytics, data modeling, statistical analysis, and predictive insights, with the ability to solve complex business challenges.
  • Advanced proficiency in data visualization and storytelling, with experience creating impactful dashboards and executive-level presentations using tools such as Power BI.
  • Demonstrated experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple structured and unstructured sources, including strong SQL capabilities.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders, HR Leaders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience leading analytics teams, managing priorities, and coaching team members to deliver high-quality, business-focused outcomes.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • A mindset focused on continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence, with a passion for advancing data literacy and data-driven decision making.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) and experience working with HR systems and data are considered strong assets.
