  • Act as the primary liaison between business users, project teams, IT, and external implementation partners.
  • Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
  • Collaborate with reporting and analytics teams to validate ERP data and support business intelligence initiatives.
  • Monitor system adoption and identify opportunities to improve data quality, efficiencies, and user experience.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance system effectiveness and streamline business processes.
  • Provide day-to-day functional support and troubleshooting for ERP users.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience supporting ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience serving as an ERP Subject Matter Expert, Business Systems Analyst, Functional Lead, Business Process Owner, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, including:
    • Production Planning

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and leadership teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Infor SyteLine (CSI).
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or data migrations.
  • Aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated manufacturing experience.
  • Experience with Power BI or other reporting and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of master data governance and continuous improvement methodologies.
