Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Achieve professional certifications relative to area of expertise, must have and preserve required licenses

CBIZ Financial Services is seeking a Manager, Resource Management, to join our New England Region. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing resource management operations within the assigned region, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to support the company's strategic goals.

Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Develop and implement regional resource management strategies that align with the company's overall resource management framework and objectives
  • Collaborate with the National Director of Resource Management and other regional leaders to ensure consistency and standardization across regions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the region, including office leaders, project managers, and human resources personnel
  • Monitor and analyze resource utilization data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization 
  • Manage resource forecasting and planning processes to ensure that staffing needs are anticipated and met in a timely and effective manner
  • Oversee the sourcing and development of resources within the region, including recruitment, training, and career development programs
  • Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to assigned team members and supervises day to day work responsibilities and workflow. 
  • Implement and maintain technology solutions to support resource management processes, including the ProStaff scheduling software
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive skills inventory to facilitate effective resource allocation and career development opportunities for employees
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant governance policies and procedures related to resource management activities within the region

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior supervisory experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in related field 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Demonstrated experience implementing and managing technology solutions to support resource management processes
  • Understanding of resource management frameworks and best practices, preferably including the Resource Management Institute's framework
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Experience using ProStaff
  • Must be able to work in a team environment 
  • Presentation skills mandatory
