The success of Fuse.Cloud depends significantly on the strength of our sales team. As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will be responsible for helping meet company goals of profitable revenue in B2B sales while building and managing strong relationships with executive decision-makers for potential customers. We are seeking a self-driven, high-performing sales professional with experience in relationship-based selling. You will be responsible for engaging decision-makers, developing new business opportunities, and expanding our market presence.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Drive sales growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities within your territory.
  • Cultivate Strong Client Relationships: Build trust with key decision-makers, positioning Fuse.Cloud as a long-term technology partner.
  • Achieve Sales Goals: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas following a 90-day ramp-up period.
  • Present Tailored Solutions: Showcase how Fuse.Cloud's solutions can solve customer pain points and optimize their business operations.
  • Track Sales Activity: Accurately document all sales activities, including calls, meetings, proposals, and deals in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
  • Engage in Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly sales meetings to share insights, strategies, and updates, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
  • Maintain a Robust Sales Pipeline: Continuously manage a pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent business growth.
  • Travel Within Territory: Meet with prospects and clients to strengthen relationships and drive sales growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in technology, telecommunications, or managed services
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills-clear, persuasive, and engaging
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and the ability to leverage sales productivity tools

Additional Preferred Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
  • Prior experience selling technology solutions (Managed IT, VoIP, Internet)
  • Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) or in telecommunications
