Are you ready to spend your summer poolside, make a difference, and get paid for it? Resorts World is looking for energetic, responsible, and confident individuals to join our Lifeguard Team! Whether you're looking to build your resume, develop leadership skills, or just love the water - this is your moment.

  • Keep guests safe by monitoring pool areas and enforcing safety rules

  • Respond to emergencies and provide first aid or CPR when needed

  • Engage with guests and ensure everyone has a great time

  • Participate in regular training to keep your skills sharp

  • Help maintain clean, safe, and organized pool areas

โœ… What We're Looking For:

  • Age 16+ Cross All sites

  • Beach Club - AYU 18+
  • A strong swimmer with confidence in the water

  • A great communicator with a friendly, positive attitude

  • Able to stay focused and alert in all kinds of weather

  • Team player with a strong work ethic

  • Willing to complete and pass lifeguard certification (we'll help with that!)

๐Ÿ’ฆ You'll Need to Be Able To:

  • Swim 100 yards without stopping (breaststroke or front crawl)

  • Retrieve a 10-lb brick from 6 feet deep

  • Tread water for 1 minute without using your hands

  • Be outdoors in the sun, wind, and rain (up to 120ยฐF - sunscreen included!)

  • Lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for long periods

โœจ Bonus Points If You:

  • Have previous experience at a water park, pool, or in a guest-facing role

  • Are CPR/First Aid certified (but not required - we'll train you!)
