What You'll Do:
  • Keep guests safe by monitoring pool areas and enforcing safety rules
  • Respond to emergencies and provide first aid or CPR when needed
  • Engage with guests and ensure everyone has a great time
  • Participate in regular training to keep your skills sharp
  • Help maintain clean, safe, and organized pool areas
• What We're Looking For:
  • Age 16+
  • Beach Club - AYU 18+
  • A strong swimmer with confidence in the water
  • A great communicator with a friendly, positive attitude
  • Able to stay focused and alert in all kinds of weather
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
  • Willing to complete and pass lifeguard certification (we'll help with that!)
You'll Need to Be Able To:
  • Swim 100 yards without stopping (breaststroke or front crawl)
  • Retrieve a 10-lb brick from 6 feet deep
  • Tread water for 1 minute without using your hands
  • Be outdoors in the sun, wind, and rain (up to 120°F - sunscreen included!)
  • Lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for long periods
Bonus Points If You:
  • Have previous experience at a water park, pool, or in a guest-facing role
  • Are CPR/First Aid certified (but not required - we'll train you!)

Location: Resorts World Pools - Be where the action is all summer long!
Schedule: Must be available for weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. We'll work with your schedule whenever possible.
