Overview

As a Server at Tumble Creek's Descend Restaurant, you'll create an excellent experience that exceeds expectations by preparing and serving classic and innovative beverages & food to our club members and their guests.

Salary: $17.13 per hour (Any hrs worked as Bartender will be paid $18.50)

This is a Seasonal position with targeted start and end dates:

  • Season Start: May 2026
  • Season End: October 2026

Hours will fluctuate as business levels rise and fall throughout the season. Peak season, with the most hours, is typically May - October.

Responsibilities
  • Meet all established service standards
  • Prepare all beverages served in the area of responsibility
  • Maintain control of bar area, staff, clientele, guest service, and atmosphere
  • Maintain cleanliness of bar area
  • Supervise in the absence of the lounge manager
  • Perform tasks necessary for opening and closing of the facility to the satisfaction of administration and within inventory needs
  • Comply with all Washington State labor, health and safety regulations
  • Comply with all Suncadia policies and procedures
  • Secure payment for served product
  • Maintain issued bank
Qualifications
  • Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that will include evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to work well with others and function well in a fast paced environment
  • Cashiering experience
  • Current liquor license and food handler permits required
  • Complete knowledge of mixology.
