Job Description

What You Will Do as an Entertainment Coordinator:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute daily, weekly, and monthly resort entertainment, events, and activities.
  • Oversee all aspects of event execution, including sourcing necessary equipment, coordinating logistics, and arranging transportation.
  • Conduct adult and children's activities.
  • Host engaging parties, activities, and events throughout the resort.
  • Partner with the excursion team to develop new guest experience ideas.
  • Create and maintain an upbeat, energetic, and fun environment.
  • Enforce safety rules and guidelines with guests.
  • Implement new ideas and games.
  • Advertise entertainment and activities by coordinating or designing flyers, phone blasts, and other in-house marketing materials.
  • Perform assigned duties within the water park and activities department.
  • Demonstrate the ability to present orally or with visual aids to groups or individuals.
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for activities and events, including photos of equipment setups and details of required purchases.
  • Develop Emergency Action Plans for events and coordinate with the on-property Security Department.
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction through surveys and direct feedback.
  • Participate in video, photography, and promotional marketing campaigns.
  • Uphold resort standards by maintaining professionalism, positive attitude, attendance, and high levels of guest satisfaction.
Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. What You Will Bring:

  • Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Must be at least 18 and have a valid driver's license to drive company golf carts.

  • Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
