Job description

Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC seeks a Residential Program Manager to lead operations at our evidence-based eating disorder treatment program. In this role, you will oversee daily residential services for adolescents and adults, supervise multidisciplinary clinical and direct care teams, and ensure safe, trauma-informed, recovery-focused care. You will coordinate individualized treatment with medical and psychiatric staff, manage census and scheduling, support families, maintain regulatory and documentation standards, and model our compassionate, collaborative culture while mentoring staff and supporting high-quality outcomes.

  • - Oversee daily operations of residential eating disorder treatment program for adolescents and adults
  • - Supervise, coach, and schedule multidisciplinary clinical and direct care staff
  • - Ensure delivery of evidence-based, client-centered treatment aligned with Monte Nido protocols
  • - Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and therapeutic teams to coordinate individualized care plans
