Are you AMAZING ? Are you a people pleasing problem solver ? We need you!

We are looking for an AMAZING, Bilingual, Resident Services Coordinator, to attend to our residents and team members. This special person will need to have a property management background to help our residents, team members - everyone, be the best they can be!

Duties:

Provide and coordiante services to residents and visitors

Manage administrative requests from residents and respond to resident inquiries

Address resident concerns and issues in accordance with property service standards

Assist office visitors ensuring their needs are met

Assist with leasing responsibilites when coverate is needed

Create and maintain a positive environment for residents and visitors

Assist with deliveries and receivng/distributing resident packages

Assist with office mail

Record resident service requests and ensure timely follow-up

Assist residents and guests with parking restrictions and policies

Assist with administrative and office needs

Maintain schedules and calendars

All other duties as assigned

Qualifications Required:Customer service experienceBilingual - Spanish required

Strong commitment to company goals and values

Property Management experience preferred

Prior customer service experience required

High School diploma

Excellent communication and listening skills

Must communicate ideas and information in an organized, clear, and concise manner, both verbally and in writing

Strong customer service skills

Computer skills, knowledge of Yardi, highly preferred

Ability to handle interpersonal situations

Ability to resolve issues in a timely manner while prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously
