Job description

Position Summary:

The Resident Relations Manager focuses on managing the customer experience and serving as the primary liaison during construction projects, including resident relocations. This project is anticipated to end in December 2026.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitates daily activity and communication between contractors, the on-site team, and residents to align on daily work and resident needs.
  • Delivers accurate, timely information to residents via established channels and maintains accurate records of work performed utilizing the appropriate operating platform.
  • Provides excellent customer service by anticipating customer's needs, addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Monitors construction impact through regular community and unit walks proactively resolving resident concerns and potential hazards.
  • Coordinates temporary resident transfers for construction or repair projects, overseeing the logistical details and communicating progress until the project's successful conclusion.
  • Executes concession administration.
Preferred Education:
  • High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED), or equivalent experience
Preferred Years of Relevant Work Experience:
  • 1 - 3 years
Additional Requirements:
  • Valid California driver's license; Maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law. (This role requires the regular and frequent operation of a vehicle, as defined in the Company's MVR policy, and is part of the essential duties of this position.)
