Resident Relations Coordinators are professionals who serve as the primary point of contact between residents and property management in residential communities, such as apartments or senior living facilities. They are responsible for addressing resident concerns, organizing community events, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive living environment. Their role also includes responding to maintenance requests, assisting with move-in and move-out processes, and fostering good communication between management and residents.
