Job description

The Resident Relations Assistant works under the direction of the Resident Relations Manager to support and assist the needs of residents and their family members and responsible parties to ensure the psychosocial needs of residents are being met. The Resident Relations Assistant provides assistance during the admission and discharge process of residents and coordinates meetings with residents during their stay to evaluate and effectively contribute to the plan of care needed for each resident that provides counseling and assistance as needed.
