The Accounts Receivable Director works under the direction of the Senior VP of Operations and is responsible for the maintenance of financial records and the management of accounts receivables for multiple skilled nursing facilities. This includes all billing and collections for assigned locations. The Accounts Receivable Director oversees financial transactions and authorizations with third-party payers, Medicare, & Medicaid along with all pertinent collection processes. The Accounts Receivable Director oversees the controls of the resident trust funds at multiple facilities. This position is based in the management office of Health Group Management, which provides management services to skilled nursing facilities, and does require travel for training as needed to assigned locations.
