FTE: .01, Shift: Variable, Schedule: Variable

This on-site position includes a two-bedroom apartment with all utilities covered, in addition to an hourly rate. This role averages about 20 flexible hours per week, making it an excellent option for someone seeking supplemental income, reduced housing costs, or a second job. As a Resident Portfolio Property Manager, you'll live on property and support daily operations, help create a safe and welcoming environment for the individuals and families we serve.

Position Summary

The Resident Manager is responsible for a residential apartment complex for persons with mental illness.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and/or prepare work orders, address tenant concerns and follow up on any corrective actions needed.
  • Ensure the property and facilities are clear of debris and in working order.
  • Make minor repairs of the interior and exterior of the property as needed. Includes cleaning and painting of vacant units.
  • Conduct tenant move in & move out inspections, weekly inspections per the lease and assist with annual inspections

Requirements

  • One year experience in housing/apartment management, delivery of housing or social services, property maintenance, janitorial or experience commensurate with responsibilities outlined above preferred
  • Familiarity with Landlord Tenant Law and its application preferred.
  • Experience working with the mentally ill preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $21.16 - $21.16 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
