  • Cascade Park Gardens is a reputable and compassionate behavioral health community dedicated to providing high-quality care for individuals with complex behavioral and memory challenges. Our commitment to fostering a therapeutic and supportive environment that promotes the well-being and safety of residents. As a Memory Behavioral Health Resident Aide, your primary responsibility will be to provide compassionate and specialized care to individuals with cognitive impairments, particularly those with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.
    Position Summary:
    This position requires a unique skill set that combines expertise in behavioral health care with specialized knowledge in memory care strategies. The ideal candidate will be a certified HCA or NAC with a passion for delivering personalized care to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
    Key Responsibilities:
    Patient Care:
    • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
    • Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful activities to stimulate cognitive function.
    • Monitor and address changes in residents' behavior, promptly reporting concerns to the appropriate supervisor or healthcare professional.

    Behavioral Management:
