What You'll Do:
โ€ข Lead recruiting, hiring and development of the caregiving team
โ€ข Manage staffing, scheduling and daily timekeeping reviews
โ€ข Oversee daily operations of the assisted living neighborhood
โ€ข Ensure delivery of Resident-Centered Care and ISP execution
โ€ข Partner with clinical teams on assessments, care planning and resident needs
โ€ข Monitor resident changes in condition and communicate with families
โ€ข Collaborate with Activities and Dining to enhance resident experience
โ€ข Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards
โ€ข Manage team performance, engagement, coaching and evaluations

What You'll Bring:
